Would it be possible to upgrade my nvidia 9600m gs 1gb to a better card such as a 9600m gt?
Do i have any options or would i have to buy a new laptop?

    That's the way notebooks are.

I was considering that model (or actually the X2 as it was cheaper and I liked the color better) until I realized the GPU only had 1/4 the processors on it (along with 1/2 the bandwidth).
