    Can you get sound + video from f8sv/f8sa DVI out?
    What about if you have a dvi to hdmi cable, can sound come out then too with video?

    I dont think DVI does sound at all. HDMI to HDMI should do sound but not DVI to HDMI unless there's an additional audio plug as part of the adapter

    I don't understand it one bit. Asus releases a killer 14' laptop, the F8SV and instead of putting a valuable HDMI connector they put the DVI &%$# connector.

    No sense at all.
