EDIT: subject should be can't see the revision history.
Hello, how are we all?
Good!
I read in the update BIOS guide that one can check what they have fixed in the latest BIOS updates by going to support.asus.com.
I go there, enter K52N. Ok, my product shows up. A couple of clicks takes us to the specific page ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download K52N.
Download tab and expand on BIOS utilities. There's no revision history there, only downloads. I don't even know if those files contain the actual BIOS updates.
My BIOS maker is american megatrends. Maybe they have a list? I went to their webpage where there was a link to BIOS updates, but that takes you to a third party application that scans your computer. I did so and it claims I have several outdated drivers, including bios. But the software costs 30$.

Sometimes asus doesn't list changes in their BIOS updates. In this case there don't seem to be any BIOS updates for your system at this time. There are only BIOS flash utilities listed on the download page.
Do not pay for anything that claims to be a system utility having BIOS updates. They will be on that page you linked if there ever is one.
When the time comes, read http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus/174395-bios-update-guide-asus-notebooks.html
