I've been having this issue long time back and I've tried everything that I could find on Google but still no solution. I cannot access my Nvidia ctrl panel. Ive tried:
1.DDU and reinstall both intel and nvidia drivers.(from official website)
2. Downloaded Older driver versions and installed. I have many driver versions of both Intel and Nvidia drivers.
3. Updated bios from Asus official site.
4. Reinstalled OS.
I'm guessing it is software problem because the Nvidia drivers detects everytime I install the drivers. Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

This could indicate an issue with the NVidia GPU, so just to clarify you can install the driver but your cannot access the NVidia control panel when you right click on your desktop screen? -
The Nvidia option is unavailable when I right click the refresh button.

Nvidia inspector is not detecting my driver
-
Can it be a hardware problem? But I can uninstall and reinstall without any problem. It detects my gpu while installing
-
If you see a yellow bang, you need to check your hardware if its failed or not. Might have to replace your entire board. -
Intel is working correctly. Device manager shows error code 43...device has stopped working. How do I know for sure if it is hardware fail?
-
I've tried "error code 43" solutions from Google which is not helpful for me

Most probably your GPU has failed. You could try contacting your vendor in case ur warranty is in place.
-
Thank you for your response. My warranty is expired. I didnt want to accept the fact that my hardware gpu had given up on me. Asus can be a pain sometimes. I hardly used for gaming purposes and thia had to happen right after my warranty ended

So my only solution is to change the entire motherboard? Any idea how much it wwild cost? i5 8gb 1tb hdd and 2gb graphics?

That's not a bad idea. Only if I had a little more knowledge about hardware and repasting. Lol

No. I can open GeForce without any problem

Yes . and it shows that I need to connect online.

Yes. And it is automatically downloading newer version. I'll download and update.
-
It's already downloaded and updated to the latest version. But i still cannot access the control panel. When I try it shows "Nvidia settings are not available" you are not currently uisnt a display attached to an nvidia gpu

If my Nvidia gpu is dead, how can it detect and install? I'm sorry I'm still new to this. And can you give me any option on what must be done? Thank you.

@N3wb33 : Try these steps in the link https://forums.geforce.com/default/...p-windows-10-how-i-solved-the-code-43-error-/
One more thing, is the BIOS updated to latest one?
EDIT: Looks like you have some update for BIOS, ATKPackage and othersLast edited: Jul 27, 2017 -
Thank you for taking the trouble. I downloaded the bios from asus website with my model number and even updated it. I shall try the link you sent me

There has been many many error code 43 problems which I've found in the Google that has been solved. I wish mine was also the same case with the Nvidia GPU still alive and kicking.
