    Cineplayer Bluray not playing blu ray discs

    Ok,

    I received my G73JW-3de computer back from Asus after RMA service and now when I attempt to play a commercial blu ray disc it tells me that it can't be read and something about an internet connection.

    I have tried several discs and this keeps coming up any help would be greatly appreciated (I don't want to purchase another blu ray playback software)
