    Hi all,

    I am a recent owner of G1S-X1.

Last night I did a clean installation of Vista 32bit home premium.

What I did was using the Asus DVD restore Disc and when it asked
for the driver Disc I just restarted the computer.

Right now besides updating windows to the latest online patches, I
have only installed the latest display driver which I got from the
    official Asus website.

What other drivers and patches is considered absolute necessary in
term to get good performance and stability in games?

Yeah well as long as the current BIOS works fine there's no reason to upgrade. Besides, it's not something that gets changed during a Windows installation :)
