    Are they the Seagate 500 7200.4's? if so I found with another computer I had to download and run quiethdd and that solved my issues. It however was only a single drive.............

    Worked like magic! I guess the reason BOTH drives were clicking because they're in RAID 0, but now it's been silent all day long.

    It is the seagate drives and their APM, the computer hits it with the powersaver and bang, click and pop. Yes in Raid0 both drives try to park. Glad to be of help........
