    Confused about Q353UD and Thunderbolt

    Well, this turned out to be a lot less easy to discover that I had assumed. Simple question - can I charge my Q353UD via the ThunderBolt 3 port and, if so, what charger might work with this. I've done a fair bit of research on this and can't find anything definitive.

    As far as I am aware, the ASUS models are not able to charge via the Thunderbolt 3.

    Thank you for the response. Yes, that plus the HUGE power brick and no available travel charger meant I returned mine. Nice machine in many regards, but a penny pinched ..

    Yeah, I keep waiting for these machines to have a bit more leeway when it comes to these things. Hopefully it is something the manufactures keep in mind going forward.
