    Hi,
I'm just wondering which one was better since I'm still schooling but I can't resist the nVidia graphic card even they failed me once (overheat), but the "digital vibrance" feature is nice and considering their updated driver would be good and actually never used ATi before. Does ATi have any equivalent feature?
Can anyone recommend me regarding to the heat of these two GPUs and the convenience of an 15" and 14"? I can have an alternative by getting an Android mobile to take note n group discuss in coll. Plus, I highly focus on the heat issue to avoid overheat (which I got once in my last final, it's unbelievable) n mb some room for overclocking?
    Thanks for reading. :D

    PS:
Detailed tech spec for each are as follow:
N51VN-A1: (full keyboard would be nice or not? I have an Xbox 360 controller but for DotA, well, numeric is handy - but I don't play DotA that much, just LAN party)
    http://www.excaliberpc.com/592179/asus-n51vn-a1-15.6-notebook.html#TabSpecification
N81VP-D1: (1 pound less, $50 more, never used ATi)

Sorry, some common use with laptop too:
Word processing, web surfing, movie watching (I love nVidia vibrance for coloring the movie), games (racing like: DiRT, Grid, NFS, Burnout, etc.; action n FPS like: Crysis, Splinter Cell, Assassin's Creed, Prototype, Call of Duty, etc. and some RTS but not much into it). By the way, I can take the trade-off of having smaller resolution like 640x480 or 800x600 (actually, preferred gaming in tiny resolution for action games, feel that I have control over the screen lol ) over native resolution for maximizing all options like AA and stuffs.

Sorry, the color calibration has been mistaken n replaced by digital vibrance.
    Thanks again :)

Please help. I'm confusing tho. Anyway, there's another deal from newegg, G51VX - X1A which topped my budget a bit more ($150) but don't know about batt life and performance yet since it was underpowered by P8700 (is it?).
    Thanks for any suggestion.
