When ever i play any kind of game, older and newer, i get a constant stuttering but not in FPS. Goes Slow then Fast then Slow, "bus driver" like. I booted up RM Clock and took some readings. Seems like the stuttering happens after the Fans in the Laptop start to work up and and the CPU starts to work. Happens often and I've tried everything; RM Clock Thermal Monitors, AMD Dual-Core, nVidia Dual Core Fixes, Everything. Nothing has really worked. Took some pics of the readings and was wonder if they look normal and if anyone else is having similar problems. Also have 169.24 Video Drivers and I've updated Everything including Sound, Microsoft stuff, etc.

    Windows XP Pro

Well the stutter is gone in 1 game, only 1 game. Now im getting FPS issues with the 163.67 drivers than anything else. Dropped 200+ points in 3dMark06 and now everything is lagging due to FPS. Is there any drivers other than the 163.67 that are known to fix the Stuttering issue?
