    Hey guys, nice forum.
Just after some help or direction. I have an Asus M2400 series laptop for the alst few years with xp prof. Battery works fine for hours but if i run it down flat and then put the power source in to try and turn it on it wont. I have to pull the battery for some time and continually try and try again. Could this be a bios battery fault? Anyone heard of this on these models? Everything else works fine just when i run the battery dead.
    cheers.

That's not common.. but the system you have is probably 4 years old, isn't it? Could more than likely be an issue with the area around the ac pin on your motherboard... in which case it's not worth fixing.

But, if you don't run it dead, it seems to charge back up without a problem?
