Basically after a few Google searches, I've found that the Crucial M4 isn't compatible with some laptop setups, to which I'm trying to investigate. The problem is that in trying to cold boot, Win7 won't load and only a black screen will appear. So far I've seen owners of ASUS N series, X series, G series (myself) as well as Sony VAIO users complain on the following problem.
I have a feeling it is the HM65 chipset along with the i7-2630QM but I can't make conclusions without evidence, so any owners of any type of Crucial M4 device: Are you able to cold boot into Windows 7 without the method of opening BIOS, pressing F10 to save changes and exit, then booting up?
Here are some links describing the problem, any feedback from Crucial M4 & ASUS G53 owners would be very helpful!

I guess no one really had a problem with this, but just so you know, the 0009 firmware has been posted to improve compatibility with chipsets and some other features.
