    Curious file on the Asus FTP site

    Yea so I check the FTP site every few days in hopes that a vbios update gets posted, now I don't know what this file is but it just appeared yesterday and has 5870 in the name. I would investigate further but I have been without my G73JH for a month as of today (RMA).

    Looking at name of rar file and size of it. I can say that this is vbios for Asus Matrix 5870 desktop card.

    Well ,anyway, let's hope Asus will come up with some vbios for mobility 5870 version. :rolleyes:

    WOW a month since rma , something should be wrong , i was planning to send mine cause overheating , but if they take a month+ to fix it ill buy some thermal paste and apply it myself
