Anybody know if using the nVidia Screen Resolution to add a custom Resolution will damage the screen?

I wonder if it will do higher resolutions or does it have to be within the notebook's resolution.

Edit: nvm, found the answer, it can cause damage to the screen, so I won't even attempt it.
