This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Can you buy asus customized on asus's website like dell?

    No - the best way to do customization is through a reseller like GenTechPC, XoticPC, or any number of others. With any authorized reseller, you also keep your warranty in-tact.

    Right - non-customized route via Newegg, Amazon, etc.

    Customized via one of those resellers (although you can obviously get it stock from them as well).
