Does anyone know how to customize(hack) the instant launch keys (on a A8Jp, Windows XP)? Especially the Instant On button, so I can launch some other media player instead of the default AsusDVD player (It used to launch the Media Center program though).

P.S. I am not talking about the "Instant On media player w/o loading windows" function.

You might want to try NP_'s Asus Notebook Keys 1.3, which he has developed himself. I have it running on my W3V and it works perfect, but I have not tested this on my C90s whether it's compatible or not. I know the A8Js should have no problems with it.

Get the application here and leave a comment for NP's hard work!
