I'm still playing around with my new Asus..and this probably sounds like a stupid question but....where is the DVD burner? The only thing I can find is Windows Media player and CyberLink something or other. It appears they only PLAY but not record. Am I missing something here? Thanks.

Asus usually bundles Nero or power2go as the burning software. If there isn'T any installed, any free burning software will do the trick, the actual burner is physically there after all.

Windows 7 has an inbuilt burning software if you have Home Premium or better. (i think)

You can just double click on a .iso and it will do its thing, or you can go to "Windows DVD maker" for videos or even just click and drag in Explorer! ;)

Thanks. I found the Windows DVD burner but I still think it odd there wasn't another bundled with the Asus.
