Dead Pixel Policy (F3Jp)

I've been doing a lot of research concerning my future notebook purchase and Asus (how does one say that anyways?) has some very tempting mechines out there, notably the F3Jp (very nice price proformance ratio, only wish it had a GF Go 7700). One of my last struggles over buying a notebook of any kind, including this one, is the fear of gettting it and it having dead pixels and not being about to do anything about it. I've looked into Asus dead pixel policy and had some trouble finding out if the F3Jp is covered in anyway. I did look at the guide stickied here but could not find the official statement or if the F3Jp would be covered under it. Does anyone now (please provide links to official info) or have had experience with Asus and dead pixels? By the way, how common are dead pixels?

the reason asus has a zero dead pixel policy is because they are very uncommon

my a8js had 0

f3jp has 0 dead pixel policy as well

 

Asus' zero bright dot warranty offers 30 day LCD panel exchange (you have to send it in for this).
