Problem: My two finger mouse scroll stopped working (Synaptics PS/2 Port Pointing Device) so I went into control panel to change the settings and the "Device settings" tab in mouse properties does not exist. Mouse-Properties-Picture.png

Why does it not exist, how do I change the mouse settings without it and most importantly, how do I get my two finger scroll to work again?

Try older version of Smart Gesture, it is manufactured by Elantech but not Synaptics.
