I haven't been looking around much for a notebook and I decided to configure the same notebook spec's that I had priced out a weeks weeks ago. The price has gone up at all the online retailers I have checked. Since my budget is tight I can't afford the extra price. So whats the deal with this? Am I halucinating things?

You must be.... I know our price hasn't changed since it's release and it's cost hasn't gone up from Asus.... perhaps some places are just now getting in the bluetooth models?

I didn't choose the bluetooth when customizing. I'll reconsider what I get in it now.

Any idea to put the bluetooth module in if an user already bought z70va without a bluetooth??
-
You'll have to rip it all apart just to get the module in. Must take out the motherboard. So not recommended for the end user. You may have to send it into the dealer.

u could always get a usb bluetooth dongle.
-
Right, the USB bluetooth dongle is cheapter than that module too.
-
But that defeats the whole purpose of "built-in"... no one wants to carry around an extra dongle

How much does the internal module cost?
Hm, that's odd that you have to take the entire machine apart to insert the module...is the antenna included even if you don't get bluetooth? -

It did increase. I know our price went up by about 40$. Has to do with recent events with the z70va and the fact that its not really fully stocked by asus.
Did the price for the z70va increase?
