    Did your Win7 upgrade from ASUS take hours to do a Custom(clean) instal?

    I upgraded my ASUS G51 from Vista to Win7 with the upgrade that ASUS sent me.

    I did a Custom/Clean install and I thought it was only supposed to take 20-30 minutes for the basic install with out the updates. I wasn't timing it by the minute but it took over 2 hours! :( That just took WAY too long.

    How long did it take you to do your custom/clean install of the Win7 upgrade?
    Everything seems to be working fine so far but why could it have taken so long?

    took me ~45 minutes. Thats including driver installs.
