    The Ne version has a
    - ULV (Ultra Low Voltage )IntelĀ® PentiumĀ® M Processor 1.0GHz
    - sexy silvery look/finish
    - 1.8-inch (ULV ) HDD, Capacity of 20GB
    - 12.1-inch TFT LCD, 1.28 Kg** in weight, 1.7 cm in height (front)

    the N version
    has
    - normal PM
    - a bit bigger/heavier 12.1-inch TFT LCD, 1.35 Kg** in weight, 1.7 cm in height (front)
    - 2.5-inch HDD, Capacity up to 80GB
    - more plain grey/black looking case.

If your after a super sexy ultra-light weight then go the Ne,
if not I would go the plain N version, the performance will be much better
