    Hello,

    I just got my UL20A in the mail today. After getting it set up, i've noticed an enormous amount of blue and red dots all over the screen. It seems like some colors are not registering correctly, but i'm not sure. The picture is very grainy.

    I've called TS and they have offered to replace it, but i'd like to check here first to see if there is a simpler solution than sending it away.
