    Do all V6VAs come with IPS?

    I'm buying mine here within a day or so, but I just want to make sure that all the V6VAs come with IPS, as that is the main reason I'm buying.

    No, unfortunately many V6va did not have it, the first batch of V6va's had the IPS screen. So you better shop around and ask retailers on whether they have one in stock.

    Not true at all. ALL V6Vas that went to north america where IPS ALL OF Them. Asus confirmed this for me. Only justin first assumed was the first batch. but They are are at least the ones in northamerica.

    I had the same concern when i ordered mine. so i looked into it and everyone that sold the V6Vas in NA had ips. even towards the end of the run of that model.

    SRD is right, sorry Mystic...All North American V6Va's have the IPS screen, bar none. If you buy it anywhere on this continent, you can rest assured it has an IPS screen...although I wouldn't suggest buying an Asus laptop from Mexico.

    (That was just a joke, I don't mean to offend anyone.) :)

    oh wow, trust me i had no clue, i was definately under the impression only the first batch had it and then it was removed from future models due to the fact it was expensive, But thanks for clearing that up.
