    Does ASUS always take a few days to response to esupport/ticket?

    as title asked. Is this the normal case? I hate to contact manufacturer via phone as some tend to forward you oversea and help you "troubleshoot".

    I contact HP once via email and they have email response within 12 hour ~~

    Yes, email is the slowest way to contact ASUS. Don't expect a prompt reply.

    You can try either chat or phone support if you need a quick response.

    I will try chat again then call. Last time I tried , never connected after few hours and no queue was shown ~~.

    Would speaking chinese help when calling :D ?
