    Does the Z71V work w/o batteries?

    I have to send my Asus Z71V batteries to an ASUS tech center because they were not working properly. But I have so much work to do on my laptop that I really can't be without it...

    My question is, does the laptop work without batteries as long as it's plugged into the AC power?

    Yea, alot of people take out the battery and work on it, it works fine.
