    No, the G1s' RAM does not partake in a fight with each other. However, they do work together to double the bandwidth.

    So to answer your question to the orginal poster, yes the G1S does support dual channel, all modern computers do. It is my guess that it also supports asymetric dual channel aswell wich is a special kind of dual channel that runs when you have a odd amount of ram like 3gb instead of 2gb.

    Yep, but to really conclude all this, benefit of dual channel in notebooks is nearly nil so it's not worth worrying about it.
