    Will Asus support EFI?

Do the current dual core models support EFI?

If not will it be possible to download an EFI bios?

There's been zero talk about it.... but if I'm not mistaken, it's esstentially replacing the bios... so I don't think there would be an update for the bios...

You can have a system that supports both EFI and a BIOS, but it's not very common outside of some server systems. It'll be interesting to see if manufacturers really do start moving to supporting EFI in the next year or so. The lack of OS support at this point would make it problematic, though.
