The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    ESUPPORT FOLDER FOR ASUS K401UB

    Hi does anyone have the esupport file for Asus Notebook model K401UB? If there is someone who has this particular folder who can do this amazing goodness to zip & upload it and then share the download link, I will be forever thankful. I know there is the Asus Support Page but it does not have all the Asus Software such as ASUS Install, Battery Health Charging, USB Charger Plus etc.

    Have you tried reaching out to ASUS directly on this? If you wait, you may or may not get the assistance you seek. Or, why not do a clean install?

    I did do a Clean Install but only the stock Windows Apps are available, and I emailed ASUS about it but they asked me to install the drivers from their support page. But it does not have all the ASUS software like asus battery health charging and asus install.

    Some of those software that you were talking about were only available as pre-load software only so that's why they don't provide them as downloadable items. So you will have to request for recovery discs for your system.
