Eee seashell 1015pe help plz

So yea system is in title .plz bare with me I'm typing this from my HTC inspire .so basically today I go to do regular maintenance with system mechanic on my Asus seashell 1015pe and it usually says to reboot ok no only this time it doesn't boot back into Windows it just hangs in a black blank screen and does nothing .this Netbook is still fairly new only had it for a yr and a half maybe and never had a problem with it until now .I've went into the BIOS and checked everything in there and all looks good I ran a memory test and both test came back good ,it did wanna do a recovery but I don't have anything to back up my files with and I have important files on the hdd so I have no idea. Also when I tried to run the startup repair tool all it says is it needs to check online for a solution to the problem and when the solution pops up it says to remove any new hardware or software but there is none this thing is bone stock I haven't done anything to it.if anyone can help thanks but as of right now I don't have a computer so if info OS needed I might not beable to het it
