I know most of the good resellers seemingly offer fantastic warranties through them, but hows the Ensemble Asus warranties work considering Asus is in well, Taiwan?

Whats the process if you have problems/issues? Would a reseller cover say tech support phonewise?

For ensemble models thos starting with letters "v" "w" or "a". The actual warranty is through asus only. Some resellers will offer phone support but not actual labor or part replacement. Only z series customizeable notebooks have vendor warranty. With asus its really a hit or miss. They are very fast in turn around and they send it back overnight but phone support can be a hit or miss. They are generally responsible and the support comes from people who actually touch the notebooks but they have been known just like any other manufacturer to have less then desirable attention to detail. Expect that with any manufacturer service depot. You dont have nothing to worry about except your data.
