I have a 4 year old ASUS whitebox laptop.

My problem is that I can not go in BIOS using the laptop keyboard.
It will post no Keyboard Found press F1 To continue. However, It would skip that and jump into Windows.

Once I am inside windows, my Keyboard and Mouse is fine while using it.

I have tried to use an external usb keyboard and see if I can get into BIOS..
That didnt work either because it does not detect the USB keyboard.

My laptop only have USB ports, small fire wire port, VGA, and lan ports.

I also tried to press the reset button on the bottom of the laptop, didnt work also.

Any suggestion to get into BIOS?

Does resetting the BIOS with the reset button on the bottom actually reset the BIOS to defaults? Did you try holding it for 10+ seconds with the battery out & AC disconnected?

If you can't get the BIOS to reset to defaults, you might want to try reflashing with aflash from DOS. See: http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus/174395-bios-update-guide-asus-notebooks.html

Beyond that, maybe you can try taking the keyboard off and reconnecting it to be sure it's not the connection that is the problem.
