You already know the answer to this. Didn't you post a poll on this just earlier today comparing the 14" T61 to the V2s?
The Asus business line for the 14.1" is the V2, for the 15.4" it's the V1.
Based on pre-May stats, the V1 had a better GPU and heat dissipation than the V2. This may or may not change with the SR refresh.
Main differences with the T61 include a better consumer GPU and a glossy screen. Some of the port options are different as well. -
your right...i did...i just wanted more feedback...what about the ASUS VX? whats up with that.
Also, do you think it is worth it to wait for the V1s and the V2s to come out? -

The VX is the luxury Lambo branded notebook. It is basically a V1S with leather, a special paintjob and lamborghini logos all over.
-
The VX series uses the V1 chassis and has the same specs, except for the GPU. Pre-SR, the VX2 had a better GPU than the V1Jp. This may or may not be the case with the refresh.
As for cosmetic adjustments, it has leather palm rests, the lambo insignia, a lambo wheel on the bottom, and some custom voices/sounds on startup.
With the possible exception of the GPU, the only thing that you're paying for with the extra $1k cost is the brand and the looks.
The v1s is worth waiting for, but only if you don't need a laptop immediately. As was stated, no one really knows for sure when the V1s will appear - it could and probably will be at least late summer before it does. Also, no one knows its specs, although going by previous indication, it'll probably have a 8600M GT. It's up to you if you should bear with the uncertainty of specs and time or get a T61 now.
One thing you should keep in mind. No matter what GPU the V1s comes with, it will be better than the T61 for consumer uses. This may or may not hold true (actually it probably still will) for the T61P, but that's not out yet either (although estimated to be released within 2 weeks).
