    Err laptop latch is stuck

    It just won't budge, when i move it the case on top splits, if it snap the case back together the latch become immovable again :/ I wish there was a way i can fix this, it's probably something stupid, don't wanna drive to Markham

    First i thought there was something obstructing it, but it doesn't seem so, cause also as i don't snap it the latch works just fine :(

    Sounds like the latch may have slipped out of its slide guide. If so, outside of taking the LCD bezel apart to reseat it - which I wouldn't recommend because if damage to LCD or bezel happens in the process any needed repair then would not be covered by warranty. Forcing it runs the risk of damaging things too; you'd best let Asus' techs do the work for you in Markham. Sorry.
