    Is there anywhere that I can download the express gate software? Being I have a best buy version laptop, it did not come preinstalled, but it has the button.

    Yes, they do now. Make sure you download the latest Expressgate software.

    Seems not. I just installed this version and my mb (P5Q) is setup to AHCI, and I always get the same error.

    A P5Q is a desktop motherboard which is different from what the OP was referring to.
