AS you can tell by the title I bought an Asus U46E which seems to be express gate ready. However I downloaded the express gate from Asus' website and installed it and nothing... any tips on what i need and how to install it would be much appreciated. I am new on the forum so thank you in advance for any advice.

Are you running the latest,Version V2.1.92.416?
how are you trying to start it? My model has a dedicated button to press instead of the power switch.

Trust me it is useless. My F8Va has it too and I used it only a handful of times. Kills the battery right away.

If you have SSD it takes less than half a min to turn on and off the laptop.
