    Problem:
My CPU frequency works around at 20% while on WoW game, even so everything is set to 100%!

    ----------

    In depth explanation:

I've had this problem for some time now and i tried to investigate what was causing it, for example in the game of world of warcraft i get really low fps every x sec (like every 10 sec or something).

I've tried to see what was causing this and found out that it probably had to do with the CPU frequency. When I'm doing other stuff, desktop, videos, some games, etc the CPU frequency is at 100% like it should and its working fine. But when i play wow after a few seconds the CPU frequency starts getting lower and lower until around the 20% at which I'm with around 20/30fps's and every 10sec or something like I said before the fps gets even lower to like 3 or 5 fps at which if i check the CPU frequency its at around 5%, then goes back to 20% and so on.

My laptop is a Asus f3jp running with vista 32bit (my CPU is a Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo T7200 2.00GHz), so I've been trying to see if the problem had to do with the power plan setups. I'm with the high performance plan settings and AC plugged and everything looks to be fine, everything set to high performance and so on, if i change to other plans for example quiet office the max frequency is setup at 60% but the same problem comes and the frequency gets lower and lower while on the game.
But with the plan of battery saving the max frequency is set to 50% but with that one it doesn't get lower, so it actually runs better than in high performance or any other. If i change the max frequency set from the battery saving mode from 50% to 100%, the frequency that i get while on wow is around 70~85% always moving between these two values, which is a lot better than running on high performance because I'll be getting around 60fps this way.

Still it would be nice to be able to play it without problems, anyone with any idea of what the problem may be and how to solve it?
