    F3Jp Crack

    My F3Jp had developed a small crack in the plastic at the bottom right part of the keyboard. The right click touchpad button seems to not pick up being pressed on sometimes now too. Is this enough to send it in for warranty repair?

    Didn't I see this mentioned twice already? Just look for "keyboard crack" or something along those lines. I remember two people with the exact same problem. Looks like a design fault for this model...

    If it is a design problem then it should be enough for warranty repair.

    Correction, three persons have reported the exact same thing. It's clearly a design problem.

    Is there any warrenty which covers this? its better that you guys report his problem and get a replacement. I know how ones heart breaks seein this!!! worse than ur gf breaking ur heart :D!!!

    Yeah.... when I read this thread I was sad, actually. :(

    Warranty should cover it as long as you clearly make the case that this is a design fault, perhaps with links on this forum to other people reporting the problem.
