This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     F3KA-X1, monitor (internal and external) won't turn on

    The laptop boots up fine (you can hear the fans etc operating when you power it on), but there's no display whatsoever. Tried FN+F8 and FN+F7, nothing works.

    Any suggestions on what's going on? I recently opened the laptop up to install a gig of ram, but I didn't move anything else.
