Hi, I hope this is in the right place..

I recently got a F3jp that came with Vista.

I am fairly new to vista and while searching came across something very strange.

There is a folder under windows dir called ConfigSetRoot.

Is this folder used by ASUS (or whomever is suppling the image) to slipstream or add things to their install? If not what is it used for?

I tried searching the net for it, but didn't find anything helpful

I may have found a big boo boo if this is the case.

Yeah, I've had a browse through a few of them (the few that are in english), and people are asking specific questions and everyone talks like they know what it is without giving any hints to what or their question doesn't get answered.
