    So other than the few differences of a swivel cam on the f3sv and the DVI port, and the lack of bluetooth, why is it that if you buy an S96s and configure it to be almost the same as the F3sv it will be cheaper?

    Asus ensembles are in general more expensive than the barebones set. The build quality is usually higher in ensembles. Also, the warranty is different between the two.

    Ok I understand that it is a VBI and everything, and that means the support comes from INtel. But is the 250 price difference between similar configs, really worth the few advantages the F3sv has over the S96s.

    Depends on your budget and situation. If a build-on is OK with you, you can go with the Compal IFL too.
