This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hello,

    I'm looking for my F5SL200DV's optical drive's original firmware.

    Optical drive : HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T40N

    I've updated the firmware [ to JW02, not an official one ] but I need to flash it back to the original. Original firmware code was JC01 if I'm not mistaken.

    Bad news is that I think the only for this is to dump the firmware with a tool. Can anyone help me please?
