    hey guys,
    i just got my f8sn today and the notebook only show 2gb of ram instead of 3.5gb ram when i have 4gb on it. anyway how do i access the bios to double confirm that i have 4gb of ram?

    F2 at ASUS splashscreen.

    Better use CPU-Z to confirm the memory is properly recognized.

    thanks for reply. i think the problem is with either the ram or the ram is not slotted in properly :)

    Yep, that's what I think as well. I suggested CPU-Z since it'll tell you exactly which slot is recognized and which not.
