    Hi all,

I hope someone here can help me :)

I have a couple of issues with my Asus X52F purchased just about 1 month ago now.

issue number: (issue 1 sorted :) I got sent a link to the AT0100 Driver, re-installed and it sorted it.

    1) I upgraded Windows Service Pack to version 3 then 4 and after doing so, my FN keys are not working, these are the Audio On/Mute, Sound Up/Down also the FN Key for the camera + speed bar (on space bar, it's a man running)

someone told me to downgrade my Service Pack to version 3 again and all would work, here is the second issue.

    2) When I go to Properties it tells me that I have Windows 7 64bit Home Premium with Service Pack 1 installed?

If I go to Windows updates, it tells me I have the latest Service Pack installed?

Please, does anyone know how I can get my FN keys working again?
the others keys seem to be working fine, i.e. Fn+F1 ZzZz Fn+F5/6 Brightness etc..

many thanks for your help :)

    Here's is my model:

You need the ATKACPI driver and hotkey-related utilities
If you already have this installed remove .
Then go here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download
    and choose select model manually
    product - notebook, series K52 - model ----
Once you select the model - select the OS and comfirm, a list of Software appears - Expand ATK and download the first option

Yeah, either that, or just try restarting. That happens to me at random times... not sure why yet.

    Might be a driver problem.
