    Edit: Nevermind, seems to have fixed itself, but now it does a double-POST on boot up, as in it goes through the BIOS logo of that exploding thing and sound twice before loading windows. hmm.

    I just picked up this laptop, i didn't notice the fan at first but notice it now after putting in a 2nd hard drive and after installing Windows 7 fresh

    It's loud but doesn't seem to be pushing much air out the vent, the underside of the laptop doesn't feel too warm either.

    I did notice that the large round intake/filter thing is just for show as on the inside it is blocked by a round piece of vinyl/plastic. What's the deal with that?

    Anyone know how I can get the fan to settle down? I didn't see anythin in BIOS, i'll look again incase I missed something. Thanks in advanced
