not that it would make a ton of difference, but I noticed on the ASUS W3V manual the images it shows of the underside of the laptop the CPU and HD both have vents. At first I thought that maybe they originally planned to have vents pre=production when the manuals were created and nixxed the vents going into production. Then i found this Image picture here *Disreguard the yellow circles*

does anyone have a W3V with these vents? and does it make any noticable difference in reguards to the heat?

Nope, nobody has them. My conclusion is that hot air seems to be freely blowing out, so the cold air is getting in.

There are small slotted vents between the user and HD, and I have read that air is also getting in through the keyboard.
