    are you sure? from what I know:

    A8JA - ATI X1600 dedicated 256MB plus 256MB from system memory (512MB hyper)
    A8JM - Nvidia 7600 dedicated 512MB

    just correct me if i'm wrong :)

    It's been said elsewhere in the forums (and in Darrick's review) that DDR667 gives a very small boost over 533 because of an increased latency of 5 as opposed to 4.

    What might be happening if the ATI card is using Hypermemory is that it's taking up 256MB of system RAM. With newer games and 1GB of total system RAM, having it reduced to 768MB could definitely affect your performance with the settings turned up. Though, I wouldn't know, never having dealt with hypermemory before.
