    I have finally got my G1 today...its beautiful!
    but when I ran 3dmark05 in the lappie,it stopped in the middle of the process
    I'm getting the vista version btw
    anybody know the reason 3dmark not working?

    pretty sure i saw the same. try 3dmark 06. or search madonion.com for vista version of 3dmark. when you talk about vista compatibility this would be a classic example

    Aside from that, you may have accidenlty touched the notebook while it was running the 3DMark, which will cause the process to stop. It is best to just leave it running and watch it, or leave for a little while and then come back.

    One of the times I ran 3dmark (05, i think) on my G1, it just stopped with an error. I just re-ran it and it was fine. I've never had that happen again, although I don't often run 3dmark...
