    Finally ordered Asus W3J!!!

    I finally pulled the trigger and ordered the Asus W3J from Geared2Play. I am so excited. I bought this after returning my Dell Inspiron E1705 for being too big. Hopefully this baby will run well and last me a good 3-4 years. Hopefully it will have a solid build and nice everything else too. I can't wait to receive it. When do people usually receive their machines after ordering? I live in NJ and the company Geared2Play is in NY. I also ordered overnight shipping so I should get it relatively fast right? Man I can't wait. I just thought I'd share my excitement with you guys.

    Man, I was reading the thread you started about how you were arguing with your parents about the 17 inch Dell. I was gonna post something but I saw this one.

    Good choice. The Asus w3j has a smaller footprint and is a more powerful machine than the macbook pro. Plus you won't have to deal with all that heat coming from the bottom of the laptop. And personally, I think the Asus w3j's styling is--pound for pound--just as good as the apple's.

    Congrats. I too ordered from G2P (w/ an extra stick of RAM). I ordered on June 26 with 3 day shipping and recieved it on Monday (the 3rd). And I live in CA. I think I could've got it earlier but stupid UPS delayed it on purpose. They kept the package at Oakland for an entire day and in Minnesota for another day.

    Anyway I'm on the laptop now, and save a few little problems (not at all major), I'm loving it. Look for a review on the new refresh model by me sometime soon!
