In that category, you have a few options, though heres a small outline:

    12.1" F9j - 12.1"/7300Go/Core2Duo - $1299
->Obviously weaker for games but mobile yet still packs a punch, 3.2~ hr battery life, looks pretty slim and sleek but weights a bit at 4lbs

    13.3" W7s - 13.3"/8400GS/Core2Duo - $1499
->Decent for games, lowish battery life with standard 6 cell(2.5~ hr), sleek though chunky looking, weighs in at 4.3lbs

    14.1" V2s - 14.1"/8600GS/Core2Duo - $???? <--I expect $1899 or $1999
->Business class notebook, the 8600GS is NOT confirmed, it has docking station options, WWAN 3G option, 4~ hours batter life, looks very sleek and slim

How about the R1F? It's "only" Core 2 Duo pre-Santa Rosa. Possibly you will need to upgrade HDD. Other than the GPU which is integrated and will not run new games, it's perfect for the specs (modular bay can be used to increase the batt life to the desired 6hrs).
